Your custom memorial is a unique, work of art. As such, please do not place in direct sunlight or expose it to sudden/extreme changes in temperature. Wipe lightly with a soft, dust free cloth.
Take care when handling your custom vessel. We strongly suggest that you remove hand jewelry and wash your hands thoroughly before handling (or wear white gloves).
To fill the urn, use the wooden dowel to unscrew the metal cap located in the bottom of the urn, insert the cremains directly into the urn, insert the cap and screw shut.
